~Contact Switchman~

At present, Switchman does not have a public email address or phone line available. We are actively working to add these direct contact options and hope to make them available soon. In the meantime, we have created several dedicated feedback and inquiry forms to help us respond to our customers and retail partners as efficiently as possible. A complete list of available forms appears below. You can also reach us via Instagram. We will be developing a presence in other social media communities as soon as possible.

Important note regarding product support:

Switchman is still a very small, young company with limited staff. At this time we are unable to directly process manufacturing issues, exchanges, returns, or similar customer service requests. We are working closely with our retail partners to ensure the highest level of support for every Switchman product, and we ask that you direct any such inquiries to the retailer from whom you purchased your items. We know our partners well, and they are committed to going above and beyond to resolve any concerns you may have.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to grow our team and build out our customer-service infrastructure. You have our sincerest thanks for your support.

~E-mail Address Policy~

As a point of company policy, Switchman DOES NOT make permanent records of e-mail addresses submitted through our feedback forms and WILL NOT use said submissions to populate mailing lists for ANY PURPOSE. In the vast majority of cases, e-mail fields in our feedback forms are completely optional. E-mail addresses submitted through our feedback forms will be used solely for the purpose of follow-up inquiries regarding feedback submissions.

A Note on Cyber-Security and Privacy
From founder Lane M. Brozgal

I have deep concerns about the ongoing erosion of personal cyber-security and privacy across the internet and society at large. As someone who trained and worked as a programmer before turning to entrepreneurship in the pen world, I’d like to share some practical advice with my customers regarding best practices for your e-mail addresses:

Reserve your primary e-mail address for highly secure services—banks, government agencies, and similar organizations that offer robust protection (ideally with two-factor authentication). Wherever possible, use your primary address only with providers that enforce strong security measures.

Use e-mail alias features wherever you can. Many providers—including Apple (Hide My Email), Google, ProtonMail, Fastmail, and others—let you generate randomized, disposable addresses that forward messages to your primary inbox while shielding your real address from exposure. These aliases serve as “kill switches”: if one is compromised or abused, you can deactivate or delete it without ever touching your main account.

Alternatively, maintain a dedicated secondary e-mail account for online retailers, forums, and other services where data exposure risk is higher or security is weaker. This creates a clean boundary between your sensitive communications and everyday online interactions.

This advice applies directly to our forms as well. While we do everything possible to safeguard your information, digital submissions pass through multiple servers, and we cannot guarantee the security of every link in that chain. It’s always better to insulate your most sensitive details on your own terms.

One important note for our forms (where e-mail is optional and used only for potential follow-up on your feedback or questions): Please avoid so-called “temporary” or “burner” e-mail services. These are useful for very short-term needs (e.g., confirming an account on a high-risk site), but their inboxes typically expire within minutes to an hour. It is highly unlikely we can respond within that narrow window. If a temporary service is your only option, we recommend leaving the e-mail field blank and contacting us via social media or through one of our retail partners instead.
